1.0       PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to describe the materials and procedures used to prepare the standard diet used in rearing mosquitoes.

2.0       PROCEDURES

By weight:

• 1 part rat chaw - Wayne Lab-Blox

• 1 part brewer's yeast

• 1 part lactalbumin

Crush rat chaw (can use blender) and sift through a 40-mesh screen.
