Differential filarial gene expression by real-time PCR
Requires use of Brugia malayi adult male and female RNA, available through BEI Resources. cDNA synthesis can be set up within 30 minutes, followed by a 45 minute incubation. Quantitative RT-PCR requires a 30 minute setup and a 2.5 hour cycle time.
